Refund policy
If you need to return an item, Northland Sauna Company will gladly exchange or refund the purchase of any qualified product (see exclusions below) returned to us within 30 days of the order shipping date, less a 15% handling fee and any applicable restocking fees. Sales are final 30 days from the shipping date.
Customers wishing to return a qualified product must first request a Return Authorization from Northland Sauna Company and have the original receipt, or we must have a record of the purchase in our system. Qualified (returnable) products are any items that are in original, new condition and include the original box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories and documentation, and that are not excluded below.
Customers may be charged an additional fee (up to 15% of the purchase price) for restocking or reconditioning the item if it is returned in an opened or non-factory sealed box. Handling fees do not apply to defective products that are returned for exchange of the exact same item.
Exclusions from the Return & Refund Policy
Aroma Oils: To maintain product quality and safety, armor oils are not returnable under any circumstances.
Sauna Rooms & Sauna Wood: Pre-cut, prefabricated, modular, two-piece, infrared, pre-built, custom cut, and custom saunas, along with any type of sauna lumber or wood materials, are cut or manufactured to order and are not returnable items.
Sauna Heaters: Sauna heaters are not returnable. If there is an issue with your heater when it arrives, please contact us right away and we will work with you and the manufacturer to help resolve the issue.
Sauna Doors: Sauna doors are typically manufactured for specific installations. Due to their custom nature, these items are not returnable.
Commercial Sauna Heaters: Commercial equipment and accessories are not returnable. These products are typically manufactured or ordered specifically for individual projects.
Parts: To ensure quality, safety, and performance, individual parts and components cannot be returned.
Missing accessories: The value of missing items may be deducted from the credit amount of a return. In some cases, missing accessories or components may make the product unusable and therefore not eligible for return.
Promotional packages: Returns for promotional or bundled packages will only be accepted if all items included in the package are returned. Individual components may be exchanged if defective.
Shipping errors: If you receive a product that is different from what was ordered, we will gladly exchange the item at no additional cost after verification. Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation, packing slip, or purchase record in our system) is required for all returns.
Return Shipping Charges: Northland Sauna Company is not responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part. Please contact us and we will gladly review your situation and be reasonable.
Mail returns: Merchandise purchased online may be returned by mail provided the return meets the guidelines described above. If you have questions about a return, please contact our team and we will be happy to assist you.
