Northland Sauna Company ships to anywhere in the USA! Below are general our general guidelines to read over when ordering from us.
Shipping Timelines
Smaller orders placed before 12 p.m. EST Monday–Friday ship the same day. Smaller orders placed after 12 p.m. EST or on weekends ship the next business day. Standard ground delivery typically takes 3–6 business days. Larger items such as sauna heaters, cabins, or freight shipments typically require additional processing and transit time.
Shipments
Most sauna heaters, accessories, and parts ship via standard small parcel carriers such as UPS or FedEx Ground. Orders placed before 12 p.m. EST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time or on weekends are processed the following business day.
Completed Order
An order is considered completed once an order confirmation email containing an official order number has been issued. Orders without a confirmed order number are not considered fully processed.
Business Day
Northland Sauna Company business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Oversize Items
Large items such as sauna rooms, larger sauna heaters, and other oversized equipment typically ship via LTL freight carriers. These shipments generally require approximately 3–5 business days for preparation before leaving the warehouse.
Estimated transit time for oversized freight shipments is typically 3–7 business days to most locations within the contiguous United States. Remote delivery areas may require additional transit time.
Product Inspection
All orders are packaged securely to help ensure they arrive safely. However, it is important that customers inspect the shipment upon delivery. We recommend checking the product and packaging in the presence of the delivery driver.
If any damage to the packaging or product is visible, it should be noted on the delivery receipt before signing. If a shipment arrives with significant damage that affects usability, the shipment should be refused and Northland Sauna Company should be contacted immediately.
Free Shipping
Northland Sauna Company offers free shipping on all orders over $100, with the exception of sauna lumber. Sauna lumber orders ship at a flat rate based on board quantity, which is listed directly on the product page.
Free shipping applies to qualifying orders shipped within the continental United States. Certain large or oversized products that must be shipped by freight may require additional shipping charges depending on the destination and freight carrier requirements. If additional freight charges apply, our team will contact you before processing the shipment.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations are not eligible for free shipping and require a custom shipping quote.
International Shipping
For orders outside of the United States, please contact us directly. We can arrange international freight shipments or coordinate delivery to an export company of your choice.
Customers placing international orders are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and final delivery arrangements within their destination country.
