Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. Northland Sauna Company ships anywhere in the United States. We also ship to Canada; however, Canadian orders require a custom freight quote.
How much is shipping?
Northland Sauna Company offers free shipping on all orders over $100, with the exception of sauna lumber. Sauna lumber orders ship at a flat rate based on board quantity, which is listed directly on the product page.
How long does shipping take?
Smaller orders placed before 12 p.m. EST Monday–Friday ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. EST or on weekends ship the next business day. Standard ground delivery typically takes 3–6 business days. Larger items such as sauna heaters, cabins, or freight shipments typically require additional processing and transit time.
Returns
What is your return policy?
If you need to return a item, Northland Sauna Company will gladly accept returns of qualified products within 30 days of the order shipping date. Items returned after 30 days from the shipping date are considered final sale. Please see our return policy for complete details.
How do initiate a return?
Customers wishing to return a qualified product must first request a Return Authorization from Northland Sauna Company. You must have your original receipt, or we must be able to locate the purchase in our system. Returnable items must be in new, unused condition and include the original packaging, UPC bar code, box, and all accessories and documentation. Please contact us to begin the return authorization process.
Are there return shipping fees?
In most cases, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us to discuss your situation—we will find a reasonable solution.

Do you price match?
Yes. If you find a lower advertised price on any product, Northland Sauna Company will match it—and then beat it! We understand price is important and are willing to compete with anyone for your business.
Do you mark up your prices?
No. All prices listed on our website follow the minimum advertised pricing (MAP) set by the manufacturers. This ensures you receive the industries lowest pricing while still getting genuine products and full manufacturer support.
Do you offer discounts on large orders?
Yes. If you are purchasing multiple items, building a full sauna, or placing a commercial order, please contact us. We are happy to review your project and provide the best pricing possible.
